Overview

Set within 6.5 acres of gardens, Homelea offers luxurious rooms with open, scenic views. Breakfast is served on a large farmhouse table with fresh eggs produced by the resident hens.

The elegant rooms at Homelea are individually decorated, and each has a luxury private bathroom with fluffy bathrobes and free toiletries. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access, while some have a cosy seating area.

Homelea is located between the villages of Chilham and Chartham. The B&B’s friendly host can help guests with local information and knowledge, and guests can enjoy scenic walks or cycling trails through the Stour Valley Walk or North Downs Way. Canterbury is just 7 minutes’ drive away.

The indoor swimming pool, heated seasonally, opens onto the gardens, and there is also an infrared sauna and sun terrace. Homelea offers horse stabling and secure bike storage, and there is free on-site parking.

Traditional full English breakfasts are served daily in the bright and airy dining room at Homelea B&B. Light continental options are also available. There is also a local pub within walking distance that serves food.

Important information

Guests are kindly requested to inform Homelea in advance of their estimated time of arrival so that they can be met and admitted to the property. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. When paying with credit card a surcharge will be incurred. If the property is able to re-let a room from a cancelled booking, there will be a GBP 10 charge, and the remainder of the booking will be refunded. Homelea reserves the right to charge for damages caused by guests. Any smoking on premises will result in a charge for deep cleaning. Please note that the swimming pool is open all year, but is only heated from July-October.
